I placed an order on 9/19 and from their guidelines, I have 3 days AFTER receiving the items to cancel my membership. I received the package 10/01/2013 and called 10/02/2013 to cancel and I was told I can't get the charge they already posted to my credit card because I didn't call WITHIN the first three days of placing the order. How can someone judge if they like a product or not if they don't have it in hand?
Tried to explain to customer service lady and she wouldn't budge. I have a dispute with my credit card company now against them.
