Metaburn - Raspberry Ketone

I received many emails regarding this new "Miracle Product" caled raspberry Ketone.
I eventually respond to on of the adverts stating they were have a "blowout Sale"

It starts with a 50% blow out sale, buy 2 bottle for R455 and get the 3rd bottle free.
Free shipping and handling.

What ****.

The Original R455 Turned into a R980 deduction, when I called to inquire about this incorrect deduction a lady by the name of, Jeanena and aslo Liza who were quick to tell me that I was receiving the product at a discounted rate, how could I expect free shipping?
To which i replied, that is what was advertised.

I have called them several times about not receiving the products, to which they say our customs Dept must be holding it, and I should call them and ask.
I did this and they have never received a delivery for me!

Needless to say, more then 3 months later, R1000 paid for a product that I still don't have, and an endless supply of excuses, I am still waiting and do not know what to do anymore!!!
I have emailed and called the company several times, with NO real response, except for just wait another week, we are sure it will arrive.

PLEASE HELp.
who do I need to Get hold of to have this problem resolved, or even just to receive what i paid for?
