There was a business contact with the representative of the company sales manager Zhanpeng Liu over company web-site and corporate e-mail directly.
Accordingly our settlements ConChemical had to sent us 500 g of chemical we needed within 2 weeks and we made an upfront payment of the whole sum ($1500).
After a few weeks of correspondence and phone calls mr. Liu wrote me that he cannot make product due unknown problem. And then he disappeared: no mail, no calls, no money and etc.
