I ordered free trial samples. I gave my Visa number for shipping. Then I was billed for one month supply. Sam, the rep, says I should have cancelled within 14 days of the order date but I didn't even receive them in Canada until Sept. 18 which is 13 days later. I haven't even tried them yet. They won't take the unopened bottle back or refund my money. They say I accepted the terms and conditions but I never saw them in the screen from which I ordered. They are on their offical site so I haven't got a foot to stand on. What a scam. They count on you not cancelling in time because they send a month supply not a 14 day trial.
