Bought RVTL Anti Ageing face cream off the Internet on the 10th September 2013 the cost was £2.99,the parcel arrived with no paperwork so no information,then on 27th September they took another £89,I went to the bank to get things sorted out but was told because I hadn't cancelled before the 14 days was up I wasn't entitled to a refund,I then cancelled my debit card.
