I purchase 2 pairs of shoes from this company that claims is out of canada but shipping address is from china. I received the shoes in the wrong size and seemed very much fake. I emailed them back for new pairs and they insisted i pay the shipping (which was 3/4 of the price i originally paid) then i ended up just asking for a refund, which they said would only give back 30%. On their website it states full refunds and returns/exchanges and they would pay for all the shipping. all false
I even offered to pay to ship the shoes back and to give me a full refund. they won't let me return the shoes, they are doing everything to avoid the conversation of me returning them (im assuming because there is no actual address to return them to)
My email responses have been completley unprofessional with terrible english.
no matter how many times i respond to them with valid points i get the same answer which gets me no where
