I requested a pair of shoes which took over 3 weeks to arrive. when they arrived, they were too small. I asked for an RMA number before I left the country and it took 3 days to arrive (during which I left the country.) when I returned the product on my return, I was informed that I was no longer eligible for a return as I had passed the 30 day date (which included the dates they had been out of action prior to August 30 when I sent my original request. Nothing redeeming to recommend the company.
