We were promised rooms in las vegas for $40 less than i already had booked and we were booking 60 nights so thats a bit of change. we went with them and they charged us $50 in surcharges per night which made the rooms more expensive AND they downgraded the rooms to a lesser tower at Caesers Palace. Tried to get things changed and they ignored me until the 30 day nonrefundable date hit then they replied they could do nothing. Called them many times, was hung up on many times. SCAM through and through.
