I placed an order on 8/28/2013 for their advertised - buy one get one free plus shipping and handling. Their website is very sneaky - produced many different screens - by the time I entered credit card info - it did not allow me to review order - and here had doubled everything. I immediately called their customer service line - they said they had no record of the order - advised me to call back - which I did every day for over a week and a half. They finally said if they had no record of the order by that time - possibly it was never processed. The next day I got confirmation my order had been shipped! I called customer service right away and they said nothing they could do - I should "refuse and return to sender" the package when it arrives - that was on 9/09 - I never received the package until 9/16 - I refused the shipment. Now I am having difficulty with them refunding my money. They keep saying they have never received the product back!
