Started trial period in July. Canceled within trial periods 14 days. Thought everything was ok. In August noticed my account was a little lite and did some checking. They were taking money from my bank account. Sent multiple emails getting back the same automated response. Finally got ahold of them on the phone (talked to Liz she wouldn't give her last name) and told me it was my fault for them not responding to my email. I let her know about the email that was sent in July and was told there is nothing they can do.
