Trial bottles of dietary supplements purchased (on a "14 Day Trial") for £3.99 & £4.99 - As not cancelled within the 14 day trial period, we were then put onto a recurring monthly order for these pills, and charged £69.99 & £84.94 for the same products. Unfortunately, although the 2 bottles of pills were arriving each month, the amounts that were being taken on the debit card were not noticed until after 3 months, when it was found that a total of £488.81 had been taken from our account. Having phoned the Customer Service telephone number given, and cancelling the arrangement, I asked for an RMA number to return all the sealed unopened bottles of capsules as per their terms & conditions, but was told that it was more than 30 days since the first order, so they would not take any returns. This firm needs to be stopped carrying on with their 'sharp' practices.
