I made a reservation through Delta Airlines Hotel Reservation link - did not know that the 4 day night stay would be prepaid on my credit card and was NON-REFUNDABLE. After completing the reservation I found out that the Hilton Hotel that I had booked would NOT honor any of my Hilton Honor privileges (no points, no room upgrade and no Executive floor access) that this was an agreement made by Travelscape. I canceled the reservation immediately (within minutes of my original reservation) and was then told that there would be NO REFUND. This is a complete SCAM and FRAUD. Travelscape told me that the Hotel would not refund the money. I called the Hotel directly and was told that this was a lie. Since the reservation had been canceled 3 months in advance there would be no charge. Travelscape is a rip-off.
