Didn't realise I had one click purchasing enabled on my phone, accidentally purchased a dress whilst trying to find out the shipping price, contacted amazon/the seller to cancel order as was only trying to check shipping, seller said ok and cancelled then AMazon removed the funds from my account, the seller never saw the funds and amazon claim they don't have the funds but my bank statement clearly states amazon and the exact amount, all my emails to amazon are answered in the same manner with the same stock answers.

Update: 10/04/2013

Money was returned to my account seven days later
