I ordered a product on line, with a refund policy if not satisfied. I received the product, and it did nothing so after a reasonable number of pills to determine its worth, I returned the 2.5 bottles for a refund stating it did not work. That was on August 8,2013. I have received no refund or info from the company , but have made 3 calls to them,9/16;9/25;/9/28 and they say he same thing, the credit department will review and email me within 24 to 48 hours. The latest w0men, Joy, says it is past the 30 day refund period. If that is true the company is doing false advertising as no mention of 30 days refund.
