i want to end my membership with safecart because i only had the service two days back in may. i have been trying to get a refund on my credit card capital one with no reply. i had towipe out everything on my computer and along with it was safecart and when i called them to download the software again they said they could not help me do it. i paid for a service that i have not gotten. when i try to end the membership so i will not be charged again it wont let me . the page freezes for some reason. so i am not able to cancel this membership. i dont want it it never did any thing different to help my computer on the two days i had it to go faster. i should get a refund but i cant seem to get safecart to respond to it. can you help me. sincerly (Personal Information Removed)
