this is the same experience we've had and many folks have had, over and over. these people are theives, pure and simple.

A small local move turned into a 13 hr. nightmare! 3 men arrived, one slept in truck most of the day.
Excessively wrapped every item (small amt. of furniture) - even spent more than an hr. wrapping items given to them! When finally arriving at destination (around 5 pm) they presented a bill almost 4 times the quote and refused to unload until credit card was charged. Police were called, nothing they could do. We finally agreed to a price 3 times quote - under duress- and family members had to remove furniture from truck, movers refused.

Truck did not get emptied until after 9 pm...These people are crooks, thieves & liers. Do not do business with them ever. Would not return any money...after saying they needed 45 days to review. How are these people still in business???? They are criminals.

Update on complaint, these dispicable scam artists are still victimizing may folks out there in DC area using the same Modus Operandi. They WILL hold your goods hostage upon delivery and extort you. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS! you've been warned. Joseph is the biggest scam artist of them all and will attempt to settle with you for half of what they've stolen from you.
