Much like the other complaints, I purchased a magazine subscriptions from this "company" on 10/28/2012. After months of no magazine & numerous "promises" of a refund, I went to the Better Business Bureau. I did not know about this site. After the "company" advised the BBB that they had "sent" me a refund three times, I FINALLY received a Western Union Money Order for $110.95 on 9/25/2013. I just wanted to let those of you know that are still waiting, there IS hope. What kind of a "company" uses a money order for a refund? So - my complaint is actually resolved (unless the money order is not real then the jokes on me) but I wanted to share this to let you know to keep trying.
