This is why its impssible to cancel after the 14 day trial - its not a Canadian or USA company.
After several e mails and calls - I was able to finally cancel the order - if you do order beware, your account automaticly is billed after that 14 day period.
I'm going to dispute the charges with the credit card company - the rep at 1285 said we have a screen shot that tells you that you will be billed - not our fault - I asked for a copy of the screen shot - of course she had no access to it.
