$99.00 was charged unauthorized on my debit card, I never agreed to it, and they would not give me my money back. Instead they gave me more bids free, I told them i didnt want them but ended up using some to buy some small items , since I figured there was no way of getting my $99 back. Items purchased plus shipping was $70.00. After months of waiting and calling them every few weeks I stated to realize they were never going to send anything. i started asking for a refund, at first it seemed that they had agreed, then the phone lines went dead, and now nothing but b.s. emails, and refunds registrations that never result in anything. Together that is $169.00 I have been going around in circles with their customer service for for months, rediculous. These people need to go to jail.
