The TPMS light came on 9-17-2013 as my wife was returning home. I'd purchased my wife a 2012 Nissan Rogue on 1-25-2012 and she'd been happy with the vehicle and this service center up until last week. When my wife examined the tires she could find nothing wrong. My wife decided it was a malfunction and drove it down to the service center the next morning. On the way the tire went flat. Roadside assistance changed the tire and my wife took the car to the service center. No explanation was provided as to why the tire went flat(really?) and my wife was forced to purchase another tire. On 9-25-2013 the same scenario occurred while my wife was on 695. Once again my wife checked out the tires and everything looked fine. My wife had other occupants with her. Later on down the road the tire goes flat. Roadside assistance comes to the rescue. Roadside assistance clearly said there was no evidence of any kind that would've caused the tire to go flat. I'm literally on the phone with the service center person at the same time I'm on the phone with my wife when I hear this. My wife, her friend, the person at the service center, and myself all heard the same thing! I gave explicit instructions on how they would have to rectify this situation and my wife came home this morning empty handed. They'd tried to sell her another tire. I tried in vain to work this out with the mgr(what a joke)George however George won't even take responsibility for what has transpired. It's clearly the worst customer service I've ever experienced and my wife has refused to go back there ever again.
