FMPTR is paid to read email program. After I earned (free payments the participant) $ 10,000 on 08/10/2013 I decided to upgrade to Premium Membership as advertised payments will be instant . I moved on 08/15/13 . for $ 166 through my PayPal account. After requesting an additional $ 5,000 to pay for 08/30/13 . received a letter saying that I had to pay another $ 199 to get my winnings in the next payment ! Winnings ? It had to pay to know when I had to get this win and there was only a one time fee . Plus, in this letter, he said that if I wanted to know right away it would cost me $ 299 ! This assures me this card would allow me to know when to be paid in the current pay ! Know that nothing is mentioned about it when through modernization , and all immediately as soon as you reach $ 5,000. Total scam and a hard lesson . It seems that there are some high-paying Email PTR sites that do this same thing from what I study. Registration sites and a few , but do not lose money , but that. I also have not been paid by anyone. Please help return the premium paid for the member $ 166
