I subscribed to a free trial, paying only for packing and postage, and was told I could at anytime cancel, when I went to cancel, you actually can't!! There's an automated service, and you can pick number one or two. Whichever you press nothing happens it repeats the message again!!
I sent emails and they sent me bac k a weirs password for an account and said someone would contact me in 72 hours, I'm panic stricken and broke, I have two kids and sixty euro in my bank account for the week, I am so distressed, can anyone help?

, have just received a refund from them. Utter scam artists, please warn everyone read terms and condition as they make it impossible to either contact and the time constraints are impossible to stay within.
