Paid £64.95 six months ago on their dating site shortly after I called them to complain as their service and some accounts were fake. Was told no refund would be issued but my account would be closed and no more payments would be taken.
Another £64.95 was taken on the 09/20/13. I called the company who said they had no record of the cancellation and would not be refunding. I have tried to contact the company again, but have been told to contact by snail mail.
