For the 2nd time, Shoebuy has sent me damaged shoes. On this order, they ignored explicit directions to them not to charge my card until after the time shipment mode could be established. They ignored that. I to,d them via email that I wanted to use a different form of payment, but they used the same one anyway.

The shoes I received look damaged. They are patent leather and appear more wrinkly than last torder.

Shoebuy promised to provide a better shoe and they lied.
