Just after paying for this, they changed their marketing plan to where you had to have 7 customers to get commission. I called them for a refund, but they said I didn't qualify for one. Below is a copy from their guarantee:

Order Cancellation and Satisfaction Guarantee
Federal and state law require that retail customers have three business days (5 business days for Alaska residents, Saturday is a business day, Sundays and legal holidays are not business days) within which to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund upon contacting WAKEUPNOW Support Department to request cancellation.
Additionally, all approved refunds will have a 10% Service Fee assessed.
