1. Sept 8 we were to be picked up by the gray line bus at the Stratosphere. We were told by by two information desk the same pickup entrance for gray line bus.We were the there a half hour before pick up time. We we waiting forty minutes, went back in asking someone else, told at a different entrance, we missed our bus.
A different bus driver from another company called our contact numbers and told them our situtation. They could not come back,we offered to meet up with the the bus and asked if we could meet at the excalibur by cab, they said no to meet at their gray lines company, she said to get there in 10 to 15 minutes. WE had to rush the cab, we paid over $30.00 .We waited up at their company for half hour or more for that bus. We should have been able to get that cab to the excalibur we had alot of time to meet them, would of cost less than $15.oo. We then had to pay $10.00 deposit, before we got on the bus. We then had to wait for everyone else to get off the bus and pay. We were out more money. I think we shouldn't of had to pay that $10.00, we had a longer distance to drive, because thats where she told us to go.
2. Next complaint, everyone got off that bus, got tagged paid their $10.00. We got on the bus and went to sit down , a lady gets on the bus comes up to me tells me thats their seats. We got up and went to the back of the bus she was really rude, my friend was really upset that she approached me that way, she got right in my face.
3. Last complaint, the worst I ever experienced.We went to get on the riverboat to be seated by our hostess.Our name is on our table, We didn't even get up to table, this woman and her husband at our table told the hostess, while constantly pointing her fingers where to sit us , she never asked us. She just kept pointing and telling us to move on the other side of the room to a table where two people were already sitting and to tell them to move over with her at our name tags I was floored I was embarrassed We were in Shock, someone was so rude. She never spoke to us or ask us, or thanked us. We told the couple she asked for them to be moved they were also unaware that they were being moved. That woman was still pointing her fingers and shaking her head while we sat at our new table. Our hostess never spoke up for us or apologized. I am still stomach sick when I think of this.I think this woman had issues with herself. She ruined our dinner our night. Even our meal my friend meal had to be re cooked the meat was still rare. I would never do this cruise again I would never recommend it. I told my friend we were meant to miss the bus for a reason, now I wish we did. We had never met such rude people before. WE couldn't rebook the cruise because we were leaving on Tuesday morning.
I.m so sorry this is a bit messy I tired tormented, trying to find this email, re typing, errors, trying to get in touch with the correct person , please let me know if you received my email, or who to contact. People told me I shouldn't let this go. I should of done it sooner. Thank you!
