They GUARANTEE to rent you a 1 bedroom apt at an unforseen price of $650 a month. The catch...you gotta pay them a finder's fee of $149. All they do is give you a list of a couple of apartments and you choose from those and the finder's fee is "nonrefundable" whether you find an apartment or not. You're doing the work, not them. You have to do the calling and look at it yourself if you want. I am not out any money, but I saw the ad, and I wanted to warn anyone who was interested.
