I ordered a rear axle assembly for my service truck from them on 8-27-13, I received the part on 9-6-13. The part was strapped to what used to be a pallet and had a small piece of shrink wrap laying across part of it. The axle was in very poor condition and the brake parts were completely rusted together. I contacted the company on 9-9-13 when I was able to inspect the part and find that it was not only in terrible condition, it was not what I ordered. They assured me that someone would contact me very shortly. I have called them around 40 times since them and have spoken to 3 or 4 different people. None of them have ever called me back to even ask what the problem was with the part.
