Asked me to send him $5,000.00. Malaysian Tax Department put a stop notice on a job he was awarded. His money tied up in US.
I said no repeated but he still continues to make requests. I informed him I would only be able to send money if he sent actual lien documents with agency name, address, phone number, I would then forward to my attorney so that a promissory note could be drawn up. Still calls.
