I purchased two tickets to Play Wicked. When I got to will call they gave me duplicate not real tickets. We were asked to leave the play with my family. The tickets were not real tickets and were not the section indicated in the email.I had received a confirmation email that the tickets would be emailed but that didn't happen. The only information provided to me was an outline of my card payment and Row witha service fee and eticket fee.
