International boundaries
This company found us via a product posting on Global Products to find a USB manufacturer in Shenzhen. They contacted our company and offered us very competitive pricing, so we opened dialogue and placed the order. The company website is good and the quotations I received looked official. We sent samples and I was sent photographs of the "completed" sample - deposit was paid and then the balance after production photographs were seen, ready for shipment. Since then, the phones have been switched off or unanswered. We are unable to contact anybody via email or Skype since the final payment was made. It now appears this was all a scam. What recourse do we have?
