I called Coby support in May about a defective tablet. They instructed me to send in the tablet with a $15 money order and it would be repaired or replaced in 4-6 weeks. A few months later, after almost forgetting about the dumb thing I tried calling Coby and the recording told me to go to their website for support. So I tried email, no response.
