I will start on the day all this started.
Sept 2, 2013- At 5:43pm I placed an order for FREE month supply of their product after seeing an ad on Group-on. I was only supposed to be charged shipping according to the ad. After I placed my order I noticed at the bottom of the confirmation screen (in really small text) a statement that said I would be charged 159.00 if I did not cancel my order within 3 days. At 6pm I called and cancelled my order and was told I would not be charged and that if I saw anything on my card it was just an authorization. Nothing had showed up on my card.

Sept 11, 2013- I received the pills in the mail and immediately checked my bank account. I had been charged the 159.00 on Sept 9, 2013 and the authorization had began on Sept 6, 2013. I called (888)217-9086 and spoke with a man who told me yes my order was cancelled on Sept 2, 2013 but could not tell me why I was charged. When I asked for a supervisor I was told no one was available and when asked to be put on hold until someone was available I was told that was not possible. Finally I was told to call back in an hour and I would be able to talk someone. I called back a little over an hour later and got the same run around. I was told no supervisor was available. When I asked to speak to the billing department I was told they are not able to transfer calls and would not give me the direct number. My mother calls back the next time and was told someone is available between 6am-9pm (the time was around 5pm)and again got told no one was available to help us. Once the representative put her on hold to go get someone he came back and hung up on my mom. The next representative said an email would be sent to billing and it would take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. Again no supervisor was available and when asked the company name we were told it was a third party and they are not allowed to give out the parent company name. This is we were told a supervisor would call me on Sept 12, 2013. After asking to take the survey at the end of the call the representative hung up on us again.

Sept 12, 2013- NO CALL

Sept 13,2013- Called again and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told a supervisor was not available again and that my refund had been processed on the 11th (It still has not shown up in my account). I demanded a supervisor and asked for the home office number. The number I was given was disconnected. I called back and was denied again when I asked to talk to a supervisor and given the excuse that something was wrong with the system and they are not allowed to transfer calls. I was then hung up on when I asked again. I called once more and was given the same run around!
