I ordered a bag from the "official Michael Kors Outlet" I got the purse within a week from China! The purse was folded all squeezed in a little box, which made wrinkles all over. Not only was it fake, but so badly sewn. The bag was supposed to be leather, the one I got wasn't.
I told them i wanted a refund, since they claim in their website they will return your money if you are not satisfied. After a long thread of emails, the last thing she said was, keep the purse and we will give you $10...what kind of a joke is that?
I told her I was going to send it anyways, so I did. It's been 2 months and I did not get a refund. I lost my money on the purse plus the shipping costs all the way to China!! You can be easily fooled with this website as it looks legit with pictures of the real Michael Kors Store. Don't fall for it too.

- I wanted to a refund as well because the zipper was broken on this piece of garbage they are passing off as MK. I emailed them and they told me to get the zipper fixed myself and they would give me a $5.00 coupon. They also told me they would be refunding only 10% of the purchase price. I threatened to call Visa as well as the Better Business Bureau and only then did they give me a return address. however after finding out how much the shipping costs were I decided I did not want to lose money twice. I kept the purse, but I'm looking at how to get them shut down.
