My bank account was charged by my debit card.
I did not authorize this. I did speak with someone named Mark today 9/12, he told me I would have a refund in 3-5 business days. Mark could not tell me how this could have happened. Guess I need a new debit card !
Update: 09/13/2013
Got my money back the very next day ! Between notifying my bank and my call to recordsbase.com. Strange, it had been charged to my husbands card, who happened to be hospitalized for two months and his card had be safely locked away at home.
