I applied for a payday loan in the amount of $2000 and Ross said he could help and have the funds available overnight if I provide evidence that I had at least $250 in a checking account by purchasing a Green-dot or Walmart Voucher and provide him with the code under the scratch off portion on the card and funds would be transferred. At no time did he tell me my funds were nonrefundable because I would of tried some where else. So after I provided the code he asked me to wait 30 minutes for his funding dept to call me back and discuss repayment options so I waited and call him of course he said he was about to call me and said the IRS has placed an hold on the transfer until I can pay him again the portion that should cover taxes which he wanted $300 additional and I told him I was wiped out and I had no additional to give him except for an hundred dollar bill in my wallet and I asked well let me cash the voucher that I had in my pocket and he said that cash is also on hold and when I asked why he stated he was also on hold by the IRS. So I called my bank to ask was this possible and I was told no so I called him back for the return of my money and he said no it was nonrefundable and I asked what service was referred and he stated non. I told him that was criminal and I gave him until this morning to replace my funds and he called me early this morning and asked me what I wanted to do and I told him I was not giving any more money and just replace my funds or I was going to report him to the authorities. Which I am doing thanks for reading an report from an SSDI recipient and I hope there is a chance to getting my funds back. I have a vehicle being repaired and finished to be paid for in order to get to scheduled Dialysis appointments which I will not be able to get to.
