I agreed to GAR guidelines, having been promised a $500 gift card to WalMart. When the specific arrived regarding the "free gift" everything was different an no gift was available without further expenditure. I cancelled and they said I couldn't. They did not honor the agreement and I stopped payment access to GAR.
