Same situation as a poster below. I ordered a set of 22" rim/tire package for $2000. This whole company is a scam. Luis seems to be the leader. I've called toll free #, sent emails, left messages, and am now receiving NO COMMUNICATION from them whatsoever. I'm unable to contact these scammers. I ordered back in beginning of July 2013, it's now September 11,2013. No shipping/tracking numbers have been sent, no wheels/tires received, NOTHING. He did threaten to charge me a 35% restock fee when I said to cancel the order back at the end of August. This is now going to VISA FRAUD DEPARTMENT.

*Update...within 10 minutes of me emailing Luis/Readywheels and telling him I'm dealing with Visa Fraud dept. HE CALLED ME!!! He said he would "Gladly cancel my order, but have to charge me 35% restock fee". He said that the tires had now been shipped, but were being sent back to the company because of "packaging issues". When I pressed him to provide me shipping/tracking #, and proof, he refused.*
Letting VISA FRAUD DEPT deal with the fraudsters now.
