I applied in canadian visa expert they told me i have to pay 928 us dollars for their sevices. I gave my debit account number and good thing i did not have enough funds at that time....When i check their company i discovered lots of complain saying they are scam. They send me a copy that if i will not pay the amount they will sue me. What are my rights????I am staying outside of Canada and not sure if they have jurisdiction over me.....Please advice me...thank you

- hi cecille, i have a friend who was also scammed the same way they are doing to you. canadian visa expert also wanted to sue her saying they will use the recorded phone calls, she is living outside canada and even US, she already talked to a lawyer about this, lucky enough bacause her father is a lawyer, they are now preparing to counter sue these people..
