I made the enquiry prior to the purchase ON 26/08/2013 about an Apple macbook pro i7 with retina display product code MC975CH/A. After receiving the email from them i paid for the item on the 28/08/2013 after which the sent me an email with a HongKong tracking number which they said i could not follow as it was for their factory but would send me the tracking number for delivery shortly after this arrived a day later the tracking number is as follows RB187386375CN i have made several attempts to track this number through DHL as thats whom they said would be delivering it. There is no record of this delivery or tracking number for this item i have tried several times with DHL i get the same answer. I have email upon email that i have sent to this company they do not reply anymore. I DO want my money back but more importantly please anybody out there looking into this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have bank details for them where i sent my money i have everything stored on my computer but i need help as i have been told by my Foreign Currency Accounts Manager that i have to speak with Hong Kong Police as well as the British Police to move things forward I don't speak Mandarin Or Cantonese.
