I am on state benefits and the moneys they took from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WAS FOR RENT. but now because of returned and unpayed directdebits, the bank has charged me £120 in total alone!!!
i am REALY REALY STRESSED AND UPSET ABOUT THIS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!.I AM ON MEDICATION AND CANNOT TRAVEL FAR.
i keep calling them but they keep saying we will get someone to call you back and when i insist on speaking with someone they keep giggling laughing and smirking i can hear between the customer service team while im waiting on hold!!!. this is a scam. i cannot afford to let them get away with this,i need my money back.
please help
