Purchased a Nine west handbag on Aug 1st. Was told delivery will arrive in 21 days. Have been trying to reach them over the call for delivery status, have also emailed them but no response yet. It seems we have fallen prey to this scam.

Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.
