I also upgraded my membership to premium, and paid the activation fee to make payments instant.
I submitted 8 times $10, 0000 totaling $80, 000 but I haven't received any payments either.
The dates that I requested $10, 000 are as follows:
7/4/2013, 7/7/2013, 7/10/2013, 7/16/2013, 7/24/2013, 7/28/2013, 7/30/2013, 8/11/2013.
I have been trying to email them, but I am getting nowhere.
