This individual is claims to be a travel agent, we paid monies into his account under the agreements that tickets would be issued for airline tickets.
Tickets were never issued- we missed our holidays and he is refusing to refund monies, claiming monies were not received into the account-
We have proof from the bank to prove otherwise
The airlines have advised this is a rogue agent..
