This guy, with a very slow speech like he was trying to cover an accent, named Benjamin Murry with american cash awards an association with publishers clearing house called me saying I had won 1.6 million dollars, 2013 red range rover, and 7 years free geico Insurance, and free gas for 5 years. Told me to write all these numbers and wanted me to repeat them back to him. asked me where the closest store was said I need to pay 396.00 for shipping and handling but as long as I kept my receipt it would be refunded back to me. Said they would deliver all this stuff today. As he was talking I looked up the name of the company on the internet and seen how many people had be scammed I confront him with this information and he got mad said I wasted his time and hung up on me.

- Beware of this scam, it's the Jamaican telephone scam! I just received a telephone call from a man claiming to be with American Cash Awards. I was told that I had won millions of dollars and a car but that I had to pay over $300 in taxes first to receive the money. He hung up when I told him that if I won something, I won something. Give it to me. And that I wasn't giving him any money. When I told him I didn't have any money and that our Christmas was looking slim, he hung up on me. When I did a reverse telephone search on the man's number, 876-812-6013, the number turned out to be a number from Jamaica.
