I ordered a free trial sample of skin care creme. I was unaware that my "free" sample would carry a charge unless I myself called the company to cancel. The creme arrived with no attending paperwork, no company phone number, no address, no information about other products. I assumed it was a free product and that the choice was mine to make. At the very least, a postcard should have been enclosed in the box explaining the terms. I would have sent the product back or called the company to cancel. Absolutely no explanation was in my box. My credit card company contacted me to let me know that they had shut down my card due to fraudulent activity. I found out that RVTL attempted to collect other charges as well. So, I cancelled the credit card. Do not do business with this company. And yes, the creme is skin creme, but it is not the wonder creme they claim.
