£64.76 was taken from my account with no warning,
I am a pensioner on disabilities this emptied my account, I have no money left to live on. How can they do this, and have no guilt.
I was not given a loan by this company so why have they taken my money?
I have tried to get in touch but it is impossible to get anyone to talk to, please help.
