Beware - SPORTSBOOK.AG will steal your money!

I have had a sportsbook.ag or sportsbook.com account for a longtime. I logged on today to find out my account was $0. I contacted customer service through the online chat. They told me that my money had been removed from my account for security reasons. They said they could refund the money if I email them a copy of my ID and a utility bill. Noway I am sending my personal info to a foreign company I know nothing about who already stole my money. See my chat session text below:

You are currently customer 1 in queue. An agent should be available in 0 minutes.

Hello, my name is Joe Garcia. I'll be assisting you today.

Joe Garcia: Hi Jon!! .

Jon: hi

Joe Garcia: I will check your account Jon, allow me a moment.

Jon: ok

Joe Garcia: You are right Jon, unfortunately that balance was removed due to security reasons, nevertheless you must send a few documents to refund your account.

Jon: How much was in the account?

Jon: and what documents do I have to send?

Joe Garcia: It was $161.95 on your account, you have to send a copy of your ID and an Utility bill to check the details on your account, you must send it to [email protected].

Joe Garcia: Is there anything else I may assist you today? .

Jon: absolutely not. you need to just put the money back in my account

Jon: That is stealing

Jon: if you don't.

Jon: I am not sending my ID to you.

Joe Garcia: We removed your money since you wasn't using your account, we made that due to security reasons to protect your money.

Jon: I have no idea who you guys are. You already took my money and now want me to send and ID and utlitity bill over the internet. Not good

Jon: That is not a good reason. Can you just put the money back in my account?

Joe Garcia: I'm not allowed to do that Jon, you have to send those documents to credit your money back.

Jon: You cannot just steal money like that. I will make this a big deal and report this to the Colorado Buraeu of Investidations. IF there are enough complaints, I am sure they will come after you.

Joe Garcia: Allow me a moment to check if we can refund your money without those docs.

Jon: Do you really expect me to send a copy of my ID and utility bill to get my money back? That is not required to open the account so it cannot be required to get the money that is rightfully mine back

Joe Garcia: I understand Jon, let me see if we can do an exception on this matter, allow me a moment.

Jon: i am printing out this chat log as we talk...just so you know.

Joe Garcia: Jon unfortunately you have to provide those documents to refund your money, on the same way for further withdrawal request you have to send those docs as well. I Know is a little bit annoying but is the procedure we have to follow Jon.

Joe Garcia: The security of your documentation is of paramount importance. All files are protected with the highest level of encryption at every step of the review process. All documentation received is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

Jon: It is not the problem of going through the process, it is a matter of personal security and identity theft. Would you send your ID and utility bill to an unknown foreign company? I don't think so. As far as I am concerned, you have stolen my money and you need to return it.

Jon: It looks like you use this as a scam. Take peopls money, then tell them to send their personal info to get their money back. Nice ploy. Also looks like the internet that you do this to lots of people. Good thing I have lots of free time on to drop this information by the CBI.

Joe Garcia: I understand Jon, nevertheless, that's our procedure.

Joe Garcia: We have a lot of time in this business Jon for the same reason, we do not stole money from anyone.

Joe Garcia: Is just a security measure that we have to take to refund your money.

Joe Garcia: Is not a big deal Jon, I truly promise that your docs will be safe on our system.

Jon: Yes, you stole my money...$161.95 to be exact.

Jon: Like I said, I am sure you wouldn't do it.

Jon: So you are now wasting my time, are you returning my money or do have some fun turing this into the CBI. Like I said, lots of info on the internet showing I am not hte only one.

Joe Garcia: I understand you Jon, nevertheless we can not refund that money without your docs.

Joe Garcia: I'm very sorry for this inconvenient.

Jon: It isn't a refund, you are theifs.

Joe Garcia: Anything else Jon? .

Joe Garcia: We will refund your money if you send the docs , it is not steal.

Joe Garcia: Since your money is freeze on your account since was not activity on it.

Jon: Don't worry, i am turning this over to the CBI and posting on every scam website I can find. Already found the first one. You are frauds, theifs and scammers. I will let it be known....I am an expert at that! you picked the wrong person to steal from. Good night
