these guys were very slippery. The first quote to create a new key was $15 to $59. The
so called "technician" had no card, no company vehcile and no name. His final price
was $125 for 2 keys and fixing the deadbolt; He created 2 new locks but he only gave me one key and failed to fix the deadbolt. He advised me to "put WD40" on it . I complained to the company and they claimed they would "mail me
a $25 gift certificate". I asked the repair man for a reciept and he claimed that my credit card bill would be my reciept. I called 4 more times for a reciept and 4 different people pretended that they would e-mail me one. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE ...they will send amateur, third world
"technicians" who are neither licensedm insured or binded. DO NOT USE FIDELITY!!!!LET THE BUYER BEWARE
