I unfortunately fell for the Veloura scam for free skin product trail and initally paid approximately $5 for postage on 16/8/13.
To date I have received no products but on 2/9/13 my account was charged with further £119. When I rang Velora I was given the no. of their insurance co to claim for a refund. I made the international call to insureship and was made to wait for quite a while, only to be informed the claaim can not be processed until I complete a form. I rang Veloura again and I was cheekly offered 50% back for products I have not received or used. Feels like a big scam, be ware!!!

Update: 09/12/2013

Veloura has since offered to refund only 50% of the cost. I am not sure what they are keeping the other 50%. I have been given no evidence that the product was even postedto me in the first place.
